Lime! AH!

I began my quest for creating recipes for our cupcakes that will be available from our cupcakery. I decided if I am going to start doing this, I might as well start with the most complicated cupcake...it is one that I have never made at all...plus it has 4 components...crust, cupcake, filling and topping. So I made a trip to the grocery store and got what I thought I needed. Here was my quest for the perfect key lime cupcake!

I think I packed away my microplane grater :( but I did find my zester! So I just had to take a few extra minutes to zest these babies.

A juicer would have helped
